Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Martone Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
For some, Martone Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost. For others, the journey may offer a new center, one never before experienced.
People are recognizing the benefit of seeking an alternative to traditional medicine; one that will help them achieve and maintain optimal health. Please take the time to meet the doctor, team, and our wellness network dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness objectives. To fully understand the nature of your health we recommend you join our free website membership program. As a patient at Martone Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center we will personally tailor a wellness program specifically targeted to your wellness needs using the least invasive yet highly-effective techniques and services.
Dr. Peter Martone
Dr. Peter Martone, D.C., B.S. is a Palmer graduate who is committed to total fitness. Holistic corrective care is based on the philosophy that the power that made the body will heal the body. The holistic view sees the body as a "whole," and maintains that in order to be pain-free, energetic, and have a healthy immune system, your spine must be properly aligned so that your nervous impulses are free to carry information to all areas in your body. "As a chiropractor and health coach, I am dedicated to providing my patients with the most effective natural approach to wellness health care. By using the newest, most advanced equipment in Chiropractic, I am able to pinpoint nervous interference. With removal of nervous interference, the body is able to heal itself."
Dr. Sean Carey
Dr. Carey grew up just down the road in Rowley, Massachusetts. When he graduated from Triton Regional High School in Byfield, he moved to Farmington, Maine where he studied nutrition and exercise physiology at the University of Maine. Despite a healthy lifestyle, Dr. Carey suffered from constant neck and shoulder pain in college until he met a wonderful chiropractor who started treating him. After finishing school at the Univeristy of Maine and obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Carey moved to Dallas, Texas to study chiropractic at Parker University.
While attending chiropractic school, Dr. Carey simultaneously pursued postdoctoral work in the field of functional neurology through the illustrious Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. The functional neurology program is a three year postgraduate program, of which Dr. Carey has currently completed 2/3 of the required hours necessary to become a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology.
In his free time, Dr. Carey enjoys traveling (which recently included a chiropractic mission trip to the Dominican Republic), snowboarding, living by the ocean, learning golf and raquetball, and spending time with Dallas (his new Shih-Tzu puppy).
